Yvette was Born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
In 1997 Yvette moved to Los Angeles, CA where she began her professional real estate career. After obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson license she joined the real estate firm of Fred Sands Realtors in West Hollywood, CA. After successfully building a client base and obtaining her Real Estate Brokers license, in 2002 Yvette was offered a position as Branch Manager at Prudential CA Realty in Carson and San Pedro, CA. Yvette developed her sales management, recruiting and leadership skills that assisted her in building one of the largest real estate offices in the South Bay. After the offices blossomed into a profitable position Yvette negotiated and became a Managing Joint Venture Owner of both offices.
In 2006, Yvette decided to fulfill a lifetime dream, she created Callum Page Realty Group in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, CA. Callum Page Realty Group became one of the largest profitable independent real estate brokerages in Southern California.
In 2018, Yvette joined Keller Williams Beverly Hills as a Broker Associate.
Yvette currently hold memberships in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. Her professional Real Estate Designations include CRB (Council Real Estate Brokerages Managers), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), QSC (Quality Service Certified), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
Yvette previously served on the Beverly Hills Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and was an Executive Board Member of the Breese Foundation and National Speakers Association Beverly Hills Chapter. In addition, she was nominated as Women Making A Difference “CEO of the Year” 2010 and “Rising Star” 2007 by the Los Angeles Business Journal and was featured in an article entitled Talent Search and Recruitment Strategies published by The California Real Estate Magazine dated August 2007.
